SURVEYING

CIVIL CONSULTANTS has performed boundary, topographic, and construction surveys throughout the states of Maine and New Hampshire since 1977. 

Survey projects have ranged from small residential property surveys to extensive surveys of portions of the Appalachian Trail in Maine and New Hampshire. Our survey professionals have also provided engineering, topographic and layout surveys to contractors, developers, municipalities, schools and United States Government agencies. Additionally, we provide deed research, control and deformation surveys, and volumetric and hydrographic surveys. 

Survey project information is maintained in a regularly updated automated database, which allows quick retrieval of nearby control stations for new projects and anticipates broad land information system applications.  This information system significantly lessens the time and effort for subsequent projects.

ENGINEERING

CIVIL CONSULTANTS provides a variety of comprehensive civil engineering services, ranging from small feasibility studies to large, complex development projects. 

Our projects include structural engineering work, site planning and development (including layout and inspection), water supply and distribution, drainage analysis and stormwater management, waste treatment, and erosion and sediment control. 

We perform municipal engineering, environmental assessments, and work for transportation departments and highways. We also provide contract bidding evaluation and administration along with permitting and regulatory application and review.
