Joe joined the staff at CIVIL CONSULTANTS in 2001, bringing
15 years of CAD production experience in engineering documents and detail of
construction plans.
His project experience at CIVIL CONSULTANTS
includes the following: roadway design and construction plans for residential
subdivisions in Berwick and South Berwick, Maine; site plan and construction
details for commercial projects in Wells, York and Kittery, Maine; floor plans,
elevations, building sections and details for the Society for the Preservation
of New England Antiquities (Essex [Mass.,] Barn); site plan and details for elderly
housing and townhouses in Dover, New Hampshire; layout plans and details for
Route 1 improvements in Kittery, Maine.
Prior to joining CIVIL CONSULTANTS, Joe had experience with
site inspections, commercial and residential construction plan design and
preparation and New Hampshire permitting. His responsibilities included town and
State of New Hampshire required applications and submittal documentation.
Joe was employed for 13 years at Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University under the direction of the Facilities Engineer.
He assisted in the design, engineering and detailing of construction plans for
campus site projects. Responsibilities included coordination of utility design
with consultant firms and management of campus utility infrastructure.
With this wide variety of experience Joe continues to be a valuable asset to the CIVIL CONSULTANTS team.
