Dennis joined CIVIL CONSULTANTS in 1997 with 25 years of accounting background. His responsibilities include all aspects of finances of the company, including financial statements, general ledger, payroll and budgets. He is also responsible for corporate insurances, which include the 125 Cafeteria Plan, employee medical, dental and vision, human resources and the company’s 401K plan.  

In 1999 he changed the company’s computer system software and installed the current system SEMA4.
